Mission of Grace Homes offers a variety of room options, including private and semi-private rooms. Each room is equipped with necessary amenities like a bed, dresser, and nightstand.

Visiting hours at Mission of Grace Homes are from 9am to 7pm every day. However, we are flexible and can arrange visits outside these hours if needed.

The admission process for Mission of Grace Homes starts with a tour of our facility, followed by an assessment of the resident's care needs. We work with the resident and their family to create a personalized care plan and determine the appropriate level of care and pricing.

 To ensure we can provide the highest level of care and maintain a safe environment for all residents, individuals interested in joining our Residential Living Program must meet the following general eligibility guidelines:

1. Care Needs
Residents should require assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as:

• Medication reminders or supervision 
• Meal support 
• Mobility assistance
• Personal care support
• General supervision and structured living
   

2. Medical Stability

• Residents must be medically stable at the time of admission.
• Individuals receiving hospice care are welcome, provided their hospice provider coordinates with our care team.
• Any current medical conditions and medications must be disclosed prior to move-in.
   

3. Behavioral Compatibility
To maintain a safe and respectful environment for everyone:

• Residents must not exhibit violent or aggressive behavior toward staff or other residents. 
• Individuals with unmanaged severe behavioral or psychiatric conditions may require a higher level of care than we can safely provide.
   

4. Ability to Participate in a Shared Living Environment
Residents should be able to:

• Live respectfully with others in a community setting
• Follow basic house guidelines and safety rules 
• Participate in daily routines as appropriate
   

5. Financial Responsibility
Residents must have a verified payment plan, which may include:

• Private pay 
• Insurance coverage 
• Family support 
• Veterans benefits, SSI/SSDI, or other approved funding sources
   

6. Documentation Required for Admission
Prior to admission we may request:

• Valid identification 
• Medical history and medication list 
• Emergency contact information
• Insurance information (if applicable)
• Physician documentation if needed
   

Our goal is to provide safe, clean, and compassionate residential care with 24-hour certified staff, meals, activities, and supportive services. We carefully review each application to ensure our home is the right fit for the individual and our community.
