Private/Shared Room available that are affordable and offer flexible leases. Enjoy all bills included in your rent when you choose to rent a room with us. Our fully furnished rooms in Houston come with no or low credit accepted. We also provide bi-weekly professional cleaning and host a monthly catered house event through the Mission of Grace Homes.

We accept housing vouchers, insurance, private pay and family support for our affordable houses.

Independent Living Housing
We accept SSI/VAC for those looking for affordable housing. Our case management services ensure residents have access to support. Enjoy 3 meals and 2 snacks served daily in our community kitchen. We provide monitored self-administered medication, high-speed Wi-Fi, and convenient washer and dryer facilities. Designated smoking areas are available for those who smoke. Each resident has access to individual lockers for their belongings. Our community also offers group outings and activities, making it a great place to rent a room or find furnished rooms in Houston.
